| Purpose | Description of the treatment | The capture of images obtained and stored through the recording system (video surveillance cameras), used for purposes of prevention, security and protection of persons and property located in the organization’s facilities. |
| Conservation period | The images captured by the video surveillance system will be kept for a maximum period of one month from their capture, after which they will be deleted, provided that the user does not exercise any of the rights that legally protect him. | |
| Legitimation | Legal basis for processing | The legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in order to ensure the security of the organization’s premises. |
| Addressees | Recipients of the assignment | The access to the images will be exclusively of the organization as responsible for the recording system. Notwithstanding the above, the company providing the Video Surveillance and/or Security Service that the organization has contracted may have access to these images, always under a prior contract signed between both parties in compliance with the guidelines approved by the authorities on data protection.
Likewise, the images may be transferred to the State Security Forces and Corps, as well as to the Courts and Tribunals that require it in compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Entity as Data Controller. |
